The ranking of forwarders of international air cargoes originating from Japan for May 2021 has been revealed: Nippon Express in first place with 21,965 metric tons (+85.1% y-o-y), Kintetsu World Express in second place with 36,607 metric tons (+73.6%), Yusen Logistics in third place with 12,387 metric tons (+142.9%), West Nippon Railway International Logistics Division (NNR) in fourth place with 5,065 metric tons (+74.8%), Hankyu Hanshin Express in fifth place with 4,647 metric tons (+100.8%). In the same month of the previous year, handling volume was down significantly due to lockdowns in various parts of the world.
