FedEx Leads the World’s Top 10 Cargo Airlines in 2025

Global air cargo demand remained resilient in 2025 despite trade tensions and supply chain disruption. Federal Express (FDX/FX) ranked first with 16.3 billion CTK, followed by United Parcel Service (UPS/5X) at 16.2 billion and Qatar Airways (QTR/QR) at 14.5 billion. The top 10 also included Emirates (UAE/EK), Atlas Air (GTI/5Y) , Turkish Airlines (THY/TK) , China Southern Airlines (CSN/CZ), Air China (CCA/CA), Cathay Pacific Airways (CPA/CX) , and Korean Air (KAL/KE).

Among the top 10, Air China recorded particularly strong growth, with CTK increasing 23.4% to 9.1 billion.
