This direct connection allows DHL to make reservations directly from its CargoWise system, improving workflow efficiency. Korean Air's API system enables real-time data exchange, offering easier access to flight schedules and air cargo rates. This integration marks Korean Air's first direct connection with a freight forwarder, highlighting its commitment to advanced services. Earlier, DHL also connected with Cathay Cargo for real-time shipment management.
