Yusen Logistics Launches Digital FWD Service for LCL and Air Freight

Yusen Logistics will launch "Yusen Vantage Focus Quote and Book," a digital forwarding (FWD) service that enables online quotation, booking, insurance arrangement, and tracking. With the addition of web-based quotation and booking functions to the existing tracking functions, the service will be available for LCL (ocean consolidation) and air freight for exports from Hong Kong, Singapore, and Vietnam, and for imports from the same three countries and regions, as well as China, the U.S., and Japan. When customers enter their cargo requirements, they will be immediately provided with freight rates based on tariffs, and can then book transportation and check the status of their shipments. Initially, the service will be available in English, and will mainly target new overseas customers.
