Top 5 Japan Freight Forwarders in May 2026

The international air cargo forwarding ranking for Japan in May 2026 has been disclosed. Nippon Express (NX) retained the top position with 17,260 tons, up 3.7% compared to the same month last year. Kintetsu World Express (KWE) ranked second with 11,911 tons, posting a strong 46.5% increase. Yusen Logistics followed in third place with 8,898 tons, down slightly by 0.7%. Nishi-Nippon Railroad (NNR) came fourth with 4,069 tons, up 5.0%, while Hankyu Hanshin Express placed fifth with 3,256 tons, an increase of 9.8%. KWE continued to record outstanding growth, while the top five rankings remained unchanged, reflecting a generally stable market environment.
