A.P. Moller-Maersk (Denmark) has completed the acquisition of B2C Europe Holdings (Netherlands), an e-commerce services business. B2C Europe provides services such as parcel pickup, sorting and labeling. It has partnered with more than 100 carriers in 35 European countries to expand its network for last mile delivery. In addition to the Netherlands, France, the UK, and Spain, the company also has offices in China. In addition to its strong shipping business, the company is working to transform itself into a comprehensive logistics company by expanding its business portfolio to include land transportation services.
