The ranking of forwarders of international airfreight cargo volume from Japan for January 2023 has been revealed: No. 1 was Nippon Express with 13,272 tons (-33.7% y/y), No. 2 was Kintetsu Express with 10,209 tons (-30.7% y/y), No. 3 was Yusen Logistics with 7,232 tons (-33.3% y/y), No. 4 was (Nishitetsu), with 3,141t (-35.4%), and Hankyu Hanshin Express in fifth place, with 3,106t (-39.3%). The ranking of Nisshitsu, which ranked fourth the previous month, and Hankyu Hanshin Express, which ranked fifth, switched places. The industry as a whole totaled 55,405 tons (-33.2%).
