NS Solutions supported the construction of a cloud service system provided by Toyota Motor Corporation to support optimization of container transport for port operators and a verification experiment conducted at the Port of Nagoya. In this verification, a platform was built across logistics companies involved in container transport, and by connecting them digitally, the system aimed to reduce the burden on car dispatch operations and drivers and improve the efficiency of cargo management operations at warehouses. The system was confirmed to be effective in reducing the workload of vehicle dispatchers and drivers, as well as in making effective use of towing vehicles and parking yards, while improving the efficiency of land transportation of containers.
