DHL Express and Singapore Airlines (SIA) have launched a strategic partnership, introducing a new freighter flight route between Singapore and the US. Operated by a SIA Boeing 777 freighter, this service will offer five weekly flights, connecting Singapore, Nagoya, Los Angeles, Honolulu, and more, boosting e-commerce logistics and supporting businesses across South Asia, North Asia, and North America. This venture builds upon a crew and maintenance agreement signed in March 2022 and strengthens Central Japan International Airport's role as a vital air cargo and e-commerce hub. The joint DHL and SIA liveried aircraft, with a 102-tonne capacity, underpins their commitment to meeting growing e-commerce demand.
